Comprehensive Immigration Evaluations

Jeremy Desmond provides immigration services, which consists of an immigration psychiatric evaluation, a comprehensive consultation with the client's immigration attorney, a detailed and professionally written report, and expert testimony if necessary.  Immigration psychiatric evaluations are conducted via telehealth video, offering flexible scheduling. Jeremy provides immigration services to English, Spanish, and Portuguese speakers in Massachusetts and Florida.

Fee Structure

  • Standard Immigration Report: $900 Includes a 2-hour interview, consultation with the immigration lawyer, and the comprehensive written report.
  • Interpreter Fee (Spanish): $150 If Spanish interpretation services are required, an additional charge will be incurred.
  • Interpreter Fee (Portuguese): $250 There is an additional charge for Portuguese interpretation services if needed.
  • Additional Interview or Testimony: $150 per hour for any extra interview or testimony hours beyond the standard duration.
